Confession

Psalm 66:16-20,

"Come and hear, all ye that fear God, and declare what he hath done for my soul. I cried unto him with my mouth, and he extolled with my tongue. If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me; But verily God Hath heard me; He hath attended to the voice of my prayer. Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me."

James 5:16,

"Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much."

1 John 1:8-10,

"If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us."
